There is nothing "truthful" about Drawocaton's post.  All I see is some loser with an extremely poor understanding of Planeshift as both a game and a community.

I'm trying to think about how much time he put into writing that post and covering his tracks, but it's so pathetic that I can't even comprehend it.  I hope this guy gets some help.

Well I did my WTF face and then discarded the post. Drawocaton I want the five minutes I spent reading this crap back!

I think I will stick to the posts in which people actually have suggestions that actually make sense and they aren't afraid to let their opinoin be known with their name attached. Those are the people who really care about this project and seeing it grow for the better.

That's probably it.  This guy's self esteem is so low that he can't handle anyone criticising his suggestions.  That's probably why he places so much emphasis on his words being "the truth" - he quite literally can't handle the truth, and so he has gone to great lengths to avoid it.

I agree with your theory Zanzibar. I pity him. I couldn't imagine being afraid to voice your own opinoin to people. That will be a long walk through life with people just walking all over you. Glad it isn't me!

Talad:

Suffer double-damage from the racial genetics have nothing to do with religion ...

It has nothing to do with genetics, it's culture. The various races who came through the portal would have stuck together with their own kind for a few generations at least, before they grew accustomed to one another.. In that time, these groups would have developed their own individual cultures, including religion, separate from each other. Being born any certain race doesn't automatically make you follow a religion, but it certainly makes you more likely if that religion was followed by your parents, their parents and theirs before them, right back to when the first group of your race first came through the portal and discovered evidence of their chosen god.

taking things seriously?  you realise this is the internet right?  I hope no one takes anything seriously on the internet, well most things.  there are exceptions to every rule you know....  :whistling:

anyway,  I was just wondering what the dead fish is about.  thought it may have been some type of internet joke, or irc joke thing.  I never really got those types of jokes.

the only thing I would take seriously about this thread is the part in regards to our self-esteemless friend here who started the thread.  I'd hope they get help for thier mentle problems.  Here's hoping you get better buddy!

but you're right, we should stop and let this thread move to the back pages of the forum where it can sleep.  I'll stop posting in it now.

I don't think anyone is taking the original poster seriously.  I also don't think there's anything left to talk about, we're all agreeing with one another at this point.  Lock?
