There is no lack of bad people in Yliakum as far as I know. The only thing you might be able to bring against the evil side is that its tough to RP without hurting real feelings.
Maybe you've just been hanging around in the wrong circles?
Off the top of my head I can think of a number of evil/chaotically alligned guilds like the Dark Empire, Outlaws, Thieves of Yliakum (think they're still around at least), .. and some newer names I don't yet know exactly.
Back on topic .. I do hope you won't just create a big "good guys vs evil guys" battle because we've had those and personally I find them lacking serious depth. Nobody calls themselves evil and everyone has their reasons for acting in a certain way. Wars don't happen because one side wants to brutally massacre everyone for no reason and the other side wants to save the world from the evil army.
If your background and your ideas are good ... count me in!
