Of course it isn't the tolkien insignia! That would be copyright infringement. And PS DOES NOT condone things of that sort.
But putting something into PS that looks
similiar to it as an homage to the great Tolkien... I wouldn't see a problem with that and no matter what anyone else says, that is how I am gonna look at it. Even if it just turns out to be a chinese ideogram.
