I can't hit any damage since the last server restart. I was able to kill one rogue, but after that, I hit the rogue until it got down to 4.4% health, now I can't do anything to it after nearly 10 minutes of trying. I've tried hitting it with two 5.40 slash swords, and a 6.00 slash dagger, but all my damage keeps failing.

Edit: Oh great. While posting this message, my character crashed, and now I can't login because it says I'm still in combat...I'm never gonna be able to log in again now, and my weapon quality's going to get eaten up. >>

This happens all the time, usually after a server restart, you can't hit NPC's and/or damage them.
You restarting means they probably fixed the problem and are ready to restart the server and allow damage back.

It's nothing to worry about, i say give it 30 minutes max, and it'll be fixed.
It's nothing on your side, if you were worried.

Now, are you reading my post right? I know that after server restarts they're impervious to attacks, but I could attack this one until 4.4% and then nothing happened at all for 10 minutes. All at once I just stopped hitting, and my damage decrased dramatically from hitting 20's to hitting 1's if I was lucky. And this has nothing to do with weapon quality. Remember, I used 4 sets of weapons total, and none of them could do anything. My 6 slash dagger was low quality after all the hit and miss, but note, AFTER, not when it started.

Can anyone else confirm the server-restart-means-null-attacks thing?

Noticed the same degradation in damage effect from day 1 of release of 018 client.  Checked with a GM and was advised it had been petitioned so I left it at that.
