Yes i've read RULES. No, i don't know if this idea was supposed in past

Now-a-day system is - fixed
number of HP,mana,stamina regeneration, so players who lvled their stats (STR,INT, ect) r just better because they can accumulate more of them. Lets take MANA for example, it's regen rate is 12/minute, so when 2 players r depleted they will cast with same frequency.
Now what i propose: Make fixed % regen rate (from max 100%, for each stat it could be different), lets say 10%/minute, so player with 80 mana will accumulate 8 mana/minute, player with 40 - 4/min... same with HP & Staminas....
Or, more complex idea: Rise regen rate each time stat (STR,INT,etc) is lvled by 10(any) by.... 1% for example....
Yes, this ideas is old as our world & i hope u won't ban me, because i was able to look through only first 7 pages of Wishes
