I am not a Dev, GM, or anything (full disclosure)

This game is not a race to the finish, and the forum is not a Cheat-guide. 

You need to look at what people tell you in quests.  thousands have completed most of them, if not more, so you might be missing something.

take notes in your quest log.  understand window does not close when you hit save, but it does save.

You also might want to learn where your chat logs are.  and get familiar with the forum, quick start guide and players guide and PSWiki.

but understand, if you don't want to think about it, and just want easy loot, you might not want to do quests.  they take thinking, patience and research.  for hints, not answers.

I had a riddle the other day... a group of us who were talking to same NPC spread out... I think we read every book in Yliakum to get the clue that enabled us to, as a group... figure the riddle.  good times.

I would hate to steal that fun from you by saying "tell them '______ _____ ____'"  or whatever. 

also, IC help should be gotten Ingame, IMO

and OOC help is easily accessible.

Yeah, and it's so much fun to get the clues and hints that you are having trouble with by actually RP'ing with people.  If you really can't figure it out by logs, and notes you take, try RP'ing it out.  Have fun with it!!!!   I've personally started an "book" to help me remember where all the herb are that I encounter on my trips through Yliakum complete with personal IC notes and everything.  I even spent a week just doing nothing more than running all over the place to become familiar with the locations of things.
