Did you copy&paste the whole verification link in the email you received? The link is sometimes two lines (that's why just clicking on it doesn't work - clicking copies only the first line to the browser, so the actual verification code gets left off) so make sure you get both lines into the address bar. Go here to resend the verification email and try validating one more time.
