Someone please help me!

ive downloaded the client but have been unable to create a character, i've read the guides and they all say when u log in first, u will be brought to a screen to create your character, ive logged in numerous times and nothing ever came up to direct me to create one, not even links to press to go create one, as of such all i can do is log in and view the guides, i cant do anything else, please help as i downloaded the client and it took hours, all this effort and in the end i cant even play!

You've logged in numerous times, but nothing ever came up... well, what is happening when you login? Are you sure you are not talking about logging into the forums, because you mentioned guides?

what is the address of the site where you log in?
at the moment im logging into:

is there another site? am i doing it wrong?

You are logging into the forums. The download is a standalone game client that you use to login to the server and play the game.

1) download the .3.20 client release for your operating system from here: http://www.planeshift.it/download.html
2) register for a game account here: http://laanx.fragnetics.com/register/
3) load up the game after you installed it.
4) type in your game account info after you registered and create your character.

did everything you said till the create and account step... the mail hasn't arrived, and i've been trying to get it for a couple hours now... anyone knows any solution to this?
I know there's a thread on that already, but people seem to gather here, and i'm so very anxious to play

well i followed that step by step and ive already got an account and downloaded the client but i dont know where to go from there i.e. step three, could u elaborate please?

you should run the client (open the downloaded folder, and then double click psclient.app)
how did you managed to create an account?

ok i got it downloaded fully now, but when i tried to update it says it cannot connect to any mirrors...

you don't need to update, its the latest vrsion. Just run the client, and please, how did you created your account? you received the verification mail?

yes but now it says that my password is incorrect even though i know its not as i use the same password for everything and use it to log on to the forums here, should i just register a new one?
