nope, and i doubt it that even the devs know ...well at least not precisely.
and actually i\'m quite happy with that
...when you think about it, it\'s better so: there\'s no pressure on the devs, so they can in peace and quiet resolve all the (=most) bugs there are, plus it\'s always a neat surprise to get a new version :]
btw: if you REALLY want the newest \"version\", get it via CVS and compile it (could prove difficult on a win* box, for linux no prob, cvs and compiling are native to it
