the files as declared the name of the aplicaction (PlaneShift ) the version and patch (steel blue..) at start the game in the main forma, window i see Crystal Space Aplication, and at second change to Planeshift Steel Blue.
I nee dthe file to change the tittle and others.

also you need to remake all the art and most probably change some parts of the code although we are working on removing hard coded setting things in the source

For the window title, see src/common/util/pscssetup.h; but I think changing that will be the least of your worries there are a lot of other places in the code that refer to PlaneShift.

As weltall said, note that you can only use the code. All art and settings related material is property of the Atomic Blue foundation.
