Honestly, you can probably find a name in a number of places. I only typed yours into google to find something right away. I wasn't aware that Rioqura was a pokemon.... Still, so long as I'm not walking around named Pikachu I think we'll be fine.
I actually got my name from an ipod game. I didn't realize what Sarras (actually knew what it was but forgot) and Volcae (a celtic tribe or something) meant until I already made the character lol. a lot of people have your name
