A friendly ynnwn engaged him in in conversation, they talked for a while before Sam excused himself, he had longed for the view of the city presenting itself from the tavern roof. He limped up the first set of stairs, he turned around with a surprised look. The ynnwn was following him.(21:56:36) Kellic says: Would you like a hand up the stairs?
(21:56:52) Samcat looks back at Kellic surprised 'Oh! thank you, most kind tabei'
(21:57:14) Samcat supports himself against Kellic and begins to walk slowly
(21:57:15) Kellic offers Samcat a bit of support, using his other arm to guide himself up the stairs.
(21:58:44) Samcat leans against the ledge sniffing the air around him before taking a deep sight. He looks over at Kellic with a smirk 'Thank you again Kellic, i owe you one!'
(21:59:32) Kellic smiles, "Think nothing of it. It's not every day I find opportunities to make myself useful."
(22:00:22) Samcat chuckles to himself as he looks out over Hydlaa 'Where are you from?' he asks curiously
(22:01:29) Kellic says: I was born in Hydlaa, but I haven't spent much time here until recently. I traveled quite a bit when I was younger.
(22:01:55) Kellic says: You?
(22:03:48) Samcat scratches his nose as he takes a deep breath of fresh air 'I grew up in Ojadeva, this city has only brought me misfortune recently though' he looks over at Kellic again 'until i met you that is!' he adds with a chuckle
(22:04:39) Kellic smiles, "Glad to hear it. These past couple of weeks I seem to have been hearing bad news."
(22:05:41) Samcat supports himself against the ledge 'Oh, what news might that be?' he wonders
(22:07:25) Kellic continues, counting events off on his fingers, "First a friend of mine was kidnapped, and then a few days after he was rescued I heard another friend of mine had been Killed, permanently."
(22:09:09) Samcat looks shocked as his widens his eyes 'Oh! i'm so sorry to hear that.' he fidgets his tails for a second 'Xiosia bless' he adds
(22:09:47) Kellic smiles, "Ah, thank you. Still, things seemed to have calmed down a bit."
(22:11:05) Samcat looks a bit nervous as he looks down into the roof 'You are a very handsome man tabei, i'm sure you will do well in life when the times are brighter'
(22:12:08) Kellic laughs, "I haven't looked in a mirror in ages. Given the enkien I assume you are Endukai?"
(22:13:14) >Mogweh Parduu greets everyone.
(22:13:45) Kellic's ear twitches once, "Hello?"
(22:13:54) Samcat blushes a bit 'You should, it would be a handsome sight' he chuckles a bit and looks over at Mogweh 'Aye i am Endukai'
(22:14:27) Mogweh smiles and says,'Hello Kellic. Samcat you're out of bed, that is good news. How are you feeling.'
(22:15:15) Samcat recognizes Mogweh 'Aah, grrensholo Mogweh! it is good to see you, i am limping around though i do feel better' he say with a slight blush
Mogweh Parduu, the sweet menki who had sat by his side in the sanatorium. Samcat had dreamt of him, his chiseled face and muscular frame had consumed his fantasies through the boring days he had spent recovering.(22:16:14) Mogweh turns to Kellic and asks, 'and you Kellic no more unwanted visiters I hope'
(22:16:28) Samcat looks a bit concerned for a moment 'Any word from Mellas?'
(22:16:58) Kellic watches the two Enkidukai converse, "No, no other suspicious encounters."
(22:17:14) Mogweh shrugs,'Were you expecting any?'
(22:17:47) Samcat looks down with a sad face 'No.. I just wanted to know if she was alright'
(22:18:20) Mogweh nods in understanding,'Oh you mean after she left the tent when we saw you last?'
(22:18:57) Samcat supports himself against the crutch 'Aye, where did she go?'
(22:20:27) Samcat glances over at Kellic with a friendly smile 'Mogweh here visited me when i was resting in the sanatorium, he is a very handsome man as well'
(22:21:10) Mogweh chuckles,'oh she just went off you clear her head. This whole business with Jacula has been quite hard on her. I've tried in my way to be supportive.' He then chuckles,'She's quite high spirited so don't concern yourself too much if she just ups and leaves. I've gotten quite used to it.'
(22:22:24) Mogweh raises a brow at Samcats comment and looks down at his current appearance,'Well, that's very generous of you Samcat but I feel anything but at the moment.'
(22:24:04) Samcat shoots Mogweh a flirty smile, he gasps as he notices his burnt fur 'By Xiosia, what happened?'
(22:25:41) Mogweh's glances briefly at Kellic then answers Samcat,'In Brief, I was drugged and fire balled twice..oh and had my back slashed open'
A mysterious enki approaches, Samcat tries to focus on Mogwehs story, but as their eyes meet he looks into the ground blushing again. He greets the enki to break the awkward silence between them.(22:25:44) Thidin walks up to the roof slowly, holding on tightly to her flower as she looks at everyone
(22:26:19) Mogweh turns to Thidin, eyeing the flower again with a slight questioning look.
(22:26:30) Samcat looks over at Thidin with a friendly smile 'Grrensholo tabei!'
(22:27:28) Thidin looks over at Samcat, questionably, before turning to Mogweh "Would you happen to know where Shangshi is?"
(22:28:12) Mogweh answers,'No, I haven't seen him either for a few days'
(22:28:19) Samcat leans back against the ledge taking some weight of his leg 'Shangshi, he is a good man. One of very few' he says to himself
(22:29:23) Thidin looks down to her flower "I need to talk to him." she looks to Samcat "Would you know of him?"
(22:30:08) Kellic says: Ah, pardon me, I should get going.
(22:30:21) Samcat limps up to Thidin, offering her his paw 'I'm Sam, Sam Silka.' he seems to contemplate for a moment 'No, i havent seen him lately'
(22:30:31) Mogweh smiles and says,'of course, take care Kellic'
(22:30:46) Thidin moves out of the way for Kellic
(22:30:49) Samcat looks over at Kellic 'Oh, alright. Thank you again tabei!'
(22:31:08) Kellic gives a short wave over his shoulder, although the direction is off.
(22:31:48) Thidin looks at Samcat's hand "Sam?"
(22:33:33) Samcat slowly withdraws his hand with a sad expression 'yes.. Good to meet you' he adds with a disappointed look
(22:34:42) Mogweh chuckles and gives Thidin a mischievous look,' you're such a charming kitty cat'
(22:35:00) Samcat looks over at Mogweh again 'I'm worried about Mellas though, i wish i could help her'
(22:35:11) Thidin frowns at Mogweh
(22:35:31) Thidin looks to Samcat, "Is that your full name?"
(22:36:44) Mogweh signs at thidins frown,'Oh come on, don't be so ... ' and he signs in exasperation.
(22:36:59) Samcat scratches his ear and gives her a suspicious look 'My full name would be Samcat.. Though i prefer Sam'
(22:37:58) Thidin smiles slightly "Ah. See that is a name I have heard."
(22:38:02) Samcat limps over to the ledge to take some weight of his leg again.
(22:38:41) Mogweh pats Sam on the back,'then Sam it is. Well Sam don't worry about Mellas, she's tougher than she looks'
(22:39:06) Samcat seems more interested of Mogweh than Thidin, though he stills displays good manners 'What do you mean tabei, have we met?'
(22:39:22) Samcat blushes slightly as Mogweh pats his back.
(22:40:45) Thidin looks down "Oh, no. Umm.... Shangshi told me about you, yes."
(22:41:18) Mogweh asks,'When was the last time you saw Shangshi Thidin?'
(22:41:53) Samcat takes a seat on the ledge as he scratches his nose 'What did he say about little me tabei?'
(22:42:20) >Samcat Silka takes a seat.
(22:43:08) Thidin looks to Samcat "Not much." then she looks to Mogweh "Not since I last saw No..... that man with the strawhat."
(22:44:02) Samcat seems suspicious of Thidin due to her short answer 'Shangshi is a good man, from where did you get to know him?'
(22:45:52) Mogweh looks at the flower and gives Thidin an affectionate smile,'I'm glad Thidin' then in a more embarrassed tone,'..and I'm sorry for my behavior..had a few to many Red Liquors..hard week..no excuse.. but there it is'
(22:46:25) Thidin nods to Mogweh "None to worry. Words don't hurt me as much as you think."
(22:47:16) Thidin looks to Samcat and smiles, "Ah Shangshi. He has me heart. I have known him many, many years."
(22:47:43) Samcat casually flexes his muscles trying to get Mogwehs attention 'Oh i see, you are a couple?' he exclaims eagerly
(22:48:14) Mogweh gives Thidin a wry smile and rolls his eyes.
(22:49:11) Thidin nods "Yes, you could say that."
(22:50:46) Samcat seems happy with her answer 'I'm still wondering what he said about me though, something nice?' he says hopefully
(22:51:39) Mogweh mutters,'I just want to know how he found us all in the tent, just seemed to pop up out of nowhere'
(22:52:23) Thidin nods "I guess. Well at least he didn't say anything bad." she looks to Mogweh, slightly before continuing "May I ask, Sam, what happened to your leg?"
(22:53:42) Samcat seems sad as she mentions his leg 'It's.. It's a long story' he says weakly, looking to Mogweh as if he should tell her of it.

(22:54:04) >Phaean Lesiriden stands up.
(22:55:39) Mogweh says,'He witnessed the Kidnapping of Jacula, by a tall diaboli with dreadlocks and one other. I guess he got in the way and well, got spiked for his effort'
(22:55:44) >Fugda Nahu greets everyone.
(22:56:24) Samcat nods slowly, his eyes tearing up at the memory.
(22:57:15) Thidin frowns "Oh dear. By who?"
(22:57:59) Mogweh says vaguely as he looks into the distance,'hmm diaboli with dreadlocks, sound like anyone you know Thidin?
(22:58:36) Samcat looks down into his lap and shakes his head 'I don't know.. Do you know this Jacula?'
(23:00:25) Thidin shakes her head "I have heard things of Jacula, none good. But as for a Diaboli with dreadlocks, it does sound like someone I know. Maybe Jacula hurt him in some way."
(23:01:22) Mogweh stares at Thidin flatly for a second then nods pleasantly.
(23:01:29) Samcat perks up his ears 'What have you heard? i know very little of him myself, he must be a good man though'
(23:02:11) Mogweh looks at Thidin and waits for a response, touching the scar at his throat as he does.
(23:03:08) Thidin shakes her head "I know that this Jacula has hurt people. I have heard nothing good, yet I have heard little."
(23:04:34) Samcat seems suprised 'Wait.. but.. He is a bad man? but Mellas.. what does this mean?' he looks to Mogweh with a questioning expression
(23:05:05) Mogweh shrugs,'Good, bad it's all just your point of view.'
(23:07:01) Thidin nods "I myself do not have a good past so I know many criminals and the one you speak of is a thief. I know Jacula had a ransom upon him so maybe the thieves went to collect the random. Thieves also do not heard when ransoms are taken down or claimed already."
(23:07:02) Samcat seems confused as he looks over his shoulder with a deep sight 'Nothing makes sense anymore.. But i'm going to get to the bottom of this!'
(23:08:28) Samcat looks down into his lap again 'Jacula is a.. Simple thief?'
(23:08:37) Thidin shakes her head "Sam that wouldn't be a good Idea"
(23:08:46) Mogweh smiles,'Well that's what makes life so interesting: making sense out of all this' he says holding his arms out to the city.
(23:09:22) Samcat looks up at Thidin with a firm expression 'Why is that?'
(23:10:11) Thidin says: It is very dangerous to get in the way of thieves. Worse to get in the way of rouges."
(23:11:53) Samcat crawls backwards on the ledge 'Rouges? Do you know these people?' he says suspiciously
(23:13:18) Mogweh says to Samcat,'No offence, but you don't look cut out for trouble. Maybe she's right, you should just let it pass and accept it for the best dinner party tale you have to tell'
(23:15:19) Samcat gets down from the ledge supporting himself against his crutch 'Dont judge a book by it's cover!' he exclaims firmly hiding the hurtful impact of Mogwehs comment 'I will get to the bottom of this, Xiosia guides my path.'
(23:15:22) >Samcat Silka stands up.
(23:15:26) Thidin frowns "Yes. My name is Thidin Peloosey. Many years ago I was an 'original' rouge as they call them. Like I said my past is very shady. Along with the other five one was caught, our boss, and one turned in, me. So yes, I know much about this and trust me, rouges are wise, and sneaky."
(23:16:39) Mogweh shrugs,'maybe a path to Dakruu embrace. Best to have your eyes open Sam, that's all I'm saying'
(23:17:40) Samcat frowns at Thidins words 'Rouges are criminals who only looks out for themselves. I will rally people who are good at heart to get to the bottom of this, people who believe in justice!' he slowly limps towards the stairs as he keeps his gaze on Thidin
(23:18:40) Samcat shoots Mogweh a sad look 'That hurt tabei, yet your doubt in me is misplaced.. You will see, you will all see!'
(23:19:17) Thidin shakes her head "Sam, you will not be able to do anything to your leg is healed at least. Is it broken?"
(23:19:24) Tinwei ignores what is going on and bounces on her feet in place. " 'scuse me Mistas Fuzzy and Miss Fuzzy!"
(23:19:43) Thidin looks at Tinwei "Yes?"
(23:19:48) Mogweh smiles Tinwei,'How you doing kid? Better?'
(23:20:21) Tinwei says: I wants ta go ova there...but ya in tha way.
(23:20:27) Samcat shakes his head at Thidin 'Xiosia will guide my path, i am tougher than i look' he says, knowing it to be a lie
(23:20:37) Tinwei points to the table before looking at Mogweh. "I'm good Mista Fuzzy!"
(23:20:45) Thidin smiles to Tinwei and moves out of the way "Oh sorry."
(23:20:50) Samcat steps back giving Tinwei some room
(23:21:13) Tinwei squeaks happily before skipping over to the chairs and table
(23:21:18) Mogweh smiles,'glad to hear it, look after yourself kid' watching her pass
(23:21:25) >Tinwei Havefor takes a seat.
(23:21:57) Thidin looks to Samcat "Let me help you, at least with your leg."
(23:22:25) Samcat limps towards the stairs looking over his shoulder at Thidin and Mogweh 'i don't need you charity!'' he says, seemingly upset
(23:23:01) Samcat carefully takes one step at the time, trying to keep his balance
(23:23:04) Thidin says: I know the name of the thieve sir!
(23:23:23) Mogweh whispers,'Ardeth?'
(23:23:30) Samcat stops in his tracks 'What?'
(23:24:48) Thidin looks to Mogweh "I do not know that name, but I do know of the diaboli you described. He is a greedy thieve."
(23:24:50) Samcat slowly manages to get himself up the steps.
(23:25:35) Mogweh looks at Thidin intently,'Name him, if you dare'
(23:26:40) Samcat looks to Mogweh '"Ardath", who is this man?'
(23:27:06) Thidin sighs "If I tell you, you two will go running off to go kill him like fools."
(23:27:34) Mogweh laughs,'me? Kill him? I don't think so'
(23:27:40) Samcat shakes his head 'No, please tell me everything you know tabei'
(23:28:16) Mogweh goes to look over the edge of the roof
(23:28:52) Thidin looks to Samcat "If you agree to let me help you."
(23:29:35) Mogweh gives Samcat a brief look, maybe indicating caution.
(23:29:53) Samcat seems vaguely interested in the idea 'Fine, I'll let you help me. Now what is his name?'
(23:30:04) Thidin smiles
(23:31:15) Samcat feels a strange tension in hair as he looks over at Mogweh
(23:31:22) Thidin says: His name is Rigwyn, a known criminal. I heard he used to capture innocent people who drifted by or into the swears, capture them and drag them of to be sold as slaves. Looks like Jacula might have been a random victim.
(23:33:31) Samcat memorizes the name as he takes a step back 'Then i must find this Rigwyn.' he says with a somewhat scared expression
(23:34:40) Thidin says: It will not be hard to find him, but very hard to capture him.
(23:34:40) Mogweh looks at Samcat and says,'Rigwyn is a killer. Not a rouge killer, he is a very gifted killer. If you seek him out, he will kill you.'
(23:35:49) Samcat swallows the lump in his throat 'Where.. Where can i find him? i demand to know.'
(23:36:54) Mogweh shrugs,'Well if Thidin knows your name then chances are many people do. Don't worry he's real thorough, he'll probably find you.'
(23:38:00) Thidin nods "Like I said, you need to heal first or you have no chance."
(23:38:55) Samcat looks over at Thidin, agitation bubbling up within him 'You know more than you say, don't you? for all i know you are still a rogue yourself!'
(23:39:58) Thidin shakes her head and growls as it starts to rain "I just know Shangshi went to stop him... or try and he couldn't."
(23:40:59) Samcat suddenly slips as the wet roof applies no friction to his crutch, he tumbles down the stairs with a shout
(23:41:15) >Samcat Silka takes a seat.
(23:41:31) Mogweh calls,'Sam are you ok?'
(23:42:01) Samcat hits the back of his head against the ledge with a loud crack, he falls to the ground. Breathing heavily.
(23:42:21) Mogweh jumps down and casts a life infusion on the injured Samcat
(23:42:43) Thidin runs down to help
(23:43:08) Samcat gasps for air, the heavy downpour caressing his face. he does not appear to be moving.
(23:43:33) Mogweh says gently,'come on lets get you up'
(23:44:07) Thidin shakes her head "We have to get him inside, he needs help."
(23:44:15) Samcat shakes his head, obviously dizzy from the fall he sits up, rubbing the back of his head
(23:45:04) Mogweh nods and puts his arm round samcat's waist to help him up,'up you come'
(23:45:08) Samcat has a hollow expression on his face, the fall may have injured him severely.
(23:45:50) Samcat says nothing as he is lifted to his feet by Mogweh, dropping his crutch as he is lifted
(23:45:55) >Samcat Silka stands up.
(23:46:08) >Samcat Silka dropped a crutch
(23:46:17) Thidin says: Get him to the sanatorium!
(23:46:22) Mogweh carries the injured Samcat down into the tavern.
(23:46:42) Samcat burrows his face in Mogwehs chest as seems to pass out.
The world moves slowly, the intense pain in the back of Samcats head leaving him disoriented. The sound of swift steps can be heard beneath him, Mogweh holds him in his strong arms, he looks up at him with a weak smile on his lips. They arrive at the sanatorium shortly after, if only he would hold him a little longer.
(23:49:58) Mogweh puts samcat gently on the bed. The looking him over casts another life infusion.
(23:50:24) Samcat groans as his eyes flutter. He does not seem to react to the spell as he falls back on the bed
(23:50:26) >Samcat Silka takes a seat.
(23:50:56) Mogweh looks to Thidin, 'I think I can look after him here, do you want to find Dr Forita?, you know the city better than me'
(23:51:47) Thidin shakes her head "I don't know who that is."
(23:52:01) Samcat twitches slightly, the trauma to the back of his head may have resulted in a bleeding inside his skull.
(23:52:35) Mogweh says,'well you must know someone, you've been here long enough surely?'
(23:53:10) Mogweh places his hand gently on Samcats head and continues casting healing spells to try and revive him'
(23:53:49) Samcat rambles in his sleep 'Rigwyn.. Must find...' he still does not respond to Mogwehs spells, as he lays seemingly lifeless on the bed.
(23:54:07) Thidin shakes her head "No any healers."
(23:56:14) Mogweh mutters,'Shame he knock himself out, I was just going to tell him the other name.'
(23:56:52) Thidin tilts her head "He isn't reacting..."
(23:57:22) Mogweh nods in disbelief. Strange as I pulled out a dagger from someones back and healed them immediately.
(23:58:19) Samcat turns to his side, he opens his eyes slowly. Only to have them roll back into his skull again
(23:58:58) Thidin looks to Mogweh, "Go find help." she looks through her bag pulling out a potion
(00:00:00) Samcat struggles to open his eyes again, his gaze fixed on Thidins flower, a scary hollowness filling his eyes
(00:00:44) Mogweh shakes his head,'I don't think so. I have a duty to care this menki. Especially concidering who's involved.. He needs protection'
Mogweh caring for him. The words slowly repeat themselves. He had pretended that he didn't react to his spells, just so he could feel his touch once more. Yet his plan backfired as Thidin suggested some kind of operation, he begins to tremble. Wondering what horrors await him.(00:04:11) Thidin takes out a small dagger and pours the potion carefully over it and onto the blanket on the bed. She then goes to make a small cut in Samcat's skull.
(00:05:21) Samcat twitches violently as the blade cuts into his skull.
(00:06:12) Mogweh watches with interest unaffected by the blood.
(00:06:41) Thidin makes the cut about a finger length, just big enough to let some blood drain, and takes out another vial of black liquid. She looks to Mogweh "I don't know... this might kill him...":
(00:07:26) Mogweh shrugs,'Kill or cure, what other chance doe he have. You're doing great'
(00:07:54) Thidin nods and goes to pour the liquid into Samcat's mouth.
(00:08:34) Samcat suddenly opens his eyes, he looks up at Thidin as he spits the liquid out, desperatly trying to free himself from Mogwehs hold
(00:09:09) Thidin frowns "Hold him down!"
(00:09:33) Mogweh takes a firm grip as Samcat struggles.
(00:10:02) Thidin shakes her head, looking through her bag "I don't have anymore left."
(00:10:30) Samcat groans, the warm feeling of blood flowing down his face causing him to fear for his life, he is held still as Mogweh grabs him again.
(00:11:19) Mogweh gently reasures samcat,'easy now, you've had a tough time of it.' then casts a life infusion for good measure.
(00:11:53) Thidin looks to Samcat, then to the vial "Only a little is left, not nearly enough to save him.... but maybe..."
(00:12:59) Samcat lays perfectly still, realizing that they are trying to help him, soothed by Mogwehs words.
(00:13:46) Thidin looks at the cut in Samcat's head she made and pours a tiny amount into it, not knowing what else to do.
(00:14:49) Mogweh smiles with admiration at Thidin's resourcefulness
(00:15:22) Samcat groans through gritted teeth, the pain growing increasingly unbearable.
(00:16:34) Thidin frowns "We can only wait..." she gets up to get some cloth and water..
(00:16:39) >Thidin Peloosey stands up.
(00:17:21) Thidin puts the water down on the table and waits
(00:17:31) >Thidin Peloosey dropped a Water Pouch.
(00:17:33) Mogweh writes out a small note. Then summons his pet Puk and sends him off.
(00:19:00) Samcat begins to cough violently, his body seems to spasm as a reslut of the liquid. He suddenly stops, breathing normally as his eyes remain closed.
(00:19:35) Mogweh takes out a cloth and wets it with some of the water and gently wipes Samcats face.
(00:20:10) Thidin pauses, then suddenly smiles "I think it worked..."
(00:20:51) Thidin looks at Samcat's leg "Do you know if it is broken?"
(00:21:03) Mogweh chuckles,'So that's what a menki has to do to get your interested huh kitty cat?' Throw himself down a flight of stairs and brain himself.'
(00:22:34) Samcat continues to breathe normally, seemingly unaware of everything around him.
(00:22:56) Thidin laughs and goes to unwrap Samcat's leg to look at it
(00:23:26) Mogweh smiles and says,'Finally!'
(00:25:32) Samcat coughs weakly now and then, his leg appears to be splintered and bandaged, a large slowly fading cut on it tells of where the bone might have pierced through the skin.
(00:27:43) Thidin smiles "Whoever did this did well." She bandages his leg back up with the splint tightly "There, now he shouldn't be able to move it."
(00:28:06) Thidin hops back on the bed, behind Samcat to look at the cut she made.
(00:29:42) Samcat grunts weakly as she hops onto the bed, he slowly tries to open his eyes. blood still flowing from the cut.
(00:31:33) Thidin takes the new bandages and goes to wrap his head "I say we stitch up the cut in a little bit. The blood is still draining."
(00:32:12) Mogweh watches the blood with interest, watching what Thidin does.
(00:34:39) Thidin gets up and looks at Mogweh "I'll be right back, I'm going to wash my hands."
(00:34:43) >Thidin Peloosey stands up.
(00:38:51) Mogweh turns to Thidin,'you know if Rigwyn hears of him, he's dead?'
(00:39:33) Samcat grabs a handull of the beds covering and groans loudly
(00:40:02) Thidin frowns looking at Samcat "Well how did he get hurt in the firstplace?"
(00:43:02) Mogweh replies,'got in Rigwyn and Ardeths way I suppose as they where beating Jacula and dragging him off. he then thumbs Samcat and says,'He's a little erm emotional so it's hard to get a straight answer with out the tears and hystrionics'
(00:44:43) Thidin nods "He might be."
(00:44:48) Samcat opens his eyes looking into the tents fabric ceiling 'Xiosia.. It was all a dream' he says weakly, obviously disoriented.
(00:45:02) Mogweh rolls his eyes

(00:46:25) Samcat looks up at Mogweh as he drinks, 'What.. What is the meaning of this?'
(00:47:14) Mogweh looks down smiling,'just drink the water and relax. All this emotion will give you another turn.'
(00:48:21) Mogweh continues,'and thank Thidin here, she saved your life. Apparently you have an strange resistance to Crystal way magic.'
Samcat is spellbound by Mogwehs smile, making the pain caused by Thidin all worth while.(00:48:31) Samcat glances over a Thidin, trailing his fingers over the cut in his skull 'What.. what did you do?'
(00:49:16) Thidin shrugs, looking for a stitching cut "No need to thank me."
(00:50:11) Samcat watches the blood on his fingers 'You.. You saved my life?' he stutters
(00:51:58) Thidin nods and walks back to them "Yes."
(00:53:48) Samcat carefully takes hold of Thidin's paw locking his eyes with her's 'Thank you.. I'm sorry that i doubted you' he says nervously.
(00:53:59) Mogweh smiles
(00:55:26) Thidin smiles "Thank you."
(00:56:31) Samcat closes his eyes again 'Thank you.. Both of you. I feel dizzy, i need to rest' he says with a slight cough in his voice
(00:56:55) Thidin nods
(00:57:59) Samcat leans to his side as he drifts into a slumber.
(00:58:29) Thidin looks to Mogweh "Can you protect him?"
Bliss and wonder, dreams of Mogweh's caring smile got him through the night. He was his knight in shining armor, Sam had never experienced a crush like this before. He awakens in one of the sanatoriums soft beds, rubbing his eyes idly, a headache serving as a memory from the night before. He finds a waterpouch standing on the nightstand nearby, Thidin must have left it there. He takes a sip ands looks around the tent "I need some fresh air" he says to himself.
He is overjoyed as Mogweh approaches, had he been protecting him through the night?(22:28:38) >Mogweh Parduu greets Samcat Silka.
(22:30:17) Mogweh smiles,'Hey there, how you feeling?
(22:30:36) Samcat gives Mogweh a tight hug 'Mogweh, im so glad to see you tabei'
(22:31:06) Samcat rubs his head for a moment 'I feel better, a rest did me good. Though im still a bit dizzy'
(22:31:09) Mogweh says quickly,'okay enough of that we don't have long. Listen, things are not what they seem. If you are going down this road you have to listen to me'
(22:32:37) Samcat snaps to attention 'Y-yes, i understand'
(22:32:42) Mogweh continues not listening to Samcat,'Shangshi was behind the abduction or involved in the abduction of Jacula. I met a fellow, one of the people you saw abduct Jacula, I got him drunk and he let out that he - Ardeth is his name and Rigwyn and Shangshi were to abduct Jacula'
(22:34:12) Mogweh continues,'Thidin is Shangshi's - whatever she is doing to help you is for Shangshi and no other reason. That's why I wouldn't leave you yesterday - despite your injuries - I just can't trust her and neither should you. That doesn't mean we can't play along but be careful.'
(22:34:41) Samcat widens his eyes 'Shangshi? but.. He cared for me.. And Thidin, she saved my life!
(22:34:58) Mogweh finishes,'I risk my life telling you this, so if you values yours and mine, keep it to yourself.'
(22:35:28) Mogweh sighs,'Ever concidered you may be being used?'
(22:35:53) Samcat nods eagerly 'Yes, yes off course!' he says as his eyes dart towards the plazaa
(22:36:29) Mogweh shrugs, 'it's up to you. I can't be with you all the time, I just wanted to let you know this. So you are at least prepared'
(22:37:24) Mogweh watches Samcat for his reaction with a concerned look about him.
(22:37:49) Samcat tightens his fists 'Thank you tabei, i will not fail you' he says slowly
(22:39:11) Mogweh nods,'Look Sam, don't just barge in, Shangshi and Rigwyn are very, very dangerous, and very smart. They will try and confuse you. Mellas is the only one you can trust, if you can't trust me. She loves Jacula and will do anything to see him again.'
(22:39:39) Samcat looks around, weary of being followed due to what Mogweh just told him 'Do you think they will.. Come for me?'
(22:39:39) Mogweh smiles as Thidin approaches
(22:39:56) Thidin smiles to the both of them "Hello."
(22:40:07) Mogweh shakes his head,'Not with Me and Thidin here to look after you.''
(22:40:08) Samcat takes a step back as Thidin approaches 'Oh, hi there!' he says with a nervous smile
(22:40:21) Mogweh chuckles
(22:41:02) Mogweh says to Thidin,'Just been giving Sam a few of the facts of Hydlaa , I think I shook him up a little.'
(22:41:27) Thidin frowns and takes her traveling cloak and nods "Oh, right."
(22:41:31) Mogweh continues,'How are you thidin, and hows that farmer chap of yours?'
(22:41:42) Samcat nods to Mogweh nervously 'Yes, yes he did'
(22:42:14) Thidin looks down "Ah, lets not talk about him."
(22:42:42) Mogweh continues,'What was his name again, Nobyl - hope he lives up to his name.'
(22:42:49) Samcat looks down into the ground, rubbing his head.
(22:43:33) Mogweh pats Samcat on the back and gives him a grin.
(22:43:39) Thidin smiles and looks up "Ah, he does. Very much a gentlemen.... Sam do not rub your head like that."
(22:44:32) Mogweh replies,'Well I'm sure you deserve nothing less. Not a ferral old menki like me any roads' and he gives her a wink
(22:45:26) Samcat continue to scratch the cut in his head 'It's just o very itchy'
(22:46:47) Mogweh nods in samcats direction whilst speaking to Thidin,'What do you say Doc, do you think you better take another look?'
(22:46:56) Thidin smiles "I am actually.... well was, married to him.... Sam if you keep doing that you will cause it to open up again."
(22:47:11) Thidin sighs and nods
(22:47:55) Samcat seems a bit nervous as Thidin approaches him but tries to keep himself calm.
(22:48:03) Mogweh chuckles to himself as if he just worked something out.
(22:48:22) Thidin looks at Samcat's head "Let me see.."
(22:49:38) Thidin goes to turn Samcat slightly, to have a better look
(22:50:28) Samcat seems to breathing faster as Thidin has a look at the cut, looking over his shoulder at Mogweh from time to time.
(22:50:42) Mogweh says,'You married to a nice farmer huh, I just can't see it. I mean not that you're not nice, but you stike me the kinda girl who likes a bit more adventure than palnning crops and the like..'
(22:52:00) Thidin smiles stepping back "When I was young and foolish, I did want that but not anymore.... Your healing well, it is just irratable because it is on your head."
(22:52:43) Samcat nods to Thidin slowly before looking down into the ground again
A breif discussion follows. Samcat can't help to keep his distance from Thidin, who is this enki, and what is her interest in him? she finally excuses herself and makes for the plazaa, Samcat is relieved to be left alone with Mogweh again.(23:03:50) Thidin looks to Samcat and nods "None the problem. I told you I wasn't evil." she smiles and turn around "Farewell for now."
(23:04:17) Samcat shivers sightly to himself as he turn back to Mogweh
(23:04:44) Mogweh looks after Thidin as she leaves,'Maybe not evil, but she is controlled by Shangshi.'
(23:05:54) Mogweh looks over at Samcat,'You did well, not easy trying to play it cool after all I just laid on you. So what's you first move going to be?'
(23:07:31) Samcat seems to ponder for a bit, yet he come up short 'I'm not sure.. I suppose i should rally strong good people to capture these evil men. what would you do tabei?'
(23:09:34) Mogweh turns and looks in the direction of the plaza and he replies,'I look after Mellas, as always. She's a good kid, one of the truely good people in this stinking mess. '
(23:10:28) Mogweh looks over at Samcat and says,'You got a pet? A groffel for messages?' then he whispers something into his hand and Puk appears.
(23:11:14) Samcat nods in response 'Mellas is a good person.. Do you "like" her?' he says casually, hiding the true intent of the question. 'No, sadly i do not have one of those'
(23:11:32) Mogweh bends down at the hyperactive and affectionate Puk giving him lots of fus and scratching behind his ears.
(23:12:06) Mogweh then whispers to Puk and his scampers off.
(23:15:07) Samcat looks down into the ground again as Mogweh diden't answer his question about Mellas.
(23:16:02) Mogweh smiles and says,'Well unless you have any further questions for me...'
(23:16:55) Samcat asks casually again 'Do you "like" Mellas?' putting much emphasis on the word "like"
(23:19:59) Mogweh replies unconsiously touching the scar at his throat,'Of course I like Mellas who wouldn't, she does attract a lot of bad people, I guess that's what happens when you are so pure and good. Bad guys just use you to feel good about themselfves or to feel good themselves ' even if it is just for a while.' That's what I do, I protect her from the bad guys', he chuckles
(23:22:08) Samcat nods slowly a he seems to contemplate for a minute 'maybe you would be better for her than this Jacula?' he says softly
(23:24:48) Mogweh whispers in his ear 'Look don't worry about who likes who, just remember what I said, and DON'T underestimate Shangshi, he knows that Mellas and I am suspicious of him and will be very cunning to find out what you know. Listen to what he suggests and ask "why". I can't help you more than that I'm afraid. However any advice you need Mel and I will help you with.'
(23:26:15) Mogweh says: 'and be careful when you speak, there are more spies in this city than rats'
(23:28:46) Samcat nods and gives Mogweh another hug 'Thank you, i will remember that'
(23:31:01) Mogweh says one final thing,'If you can't find me or Mellas or If Mellas or I are in danger and you need help. Look up a friend of mine who works with me at the Red Cyrstal Den, his name if Jonoth Shyemlye. He's a good Menki and he will know what to do. He's normally at the RCD, the tavern, the Forge or the arena. '
(23:32:14) Mogweh chuckles,'quite a lot to take in huh. Just like me when I arrived into Hydlaa.' his hand unconsiously touches his scar again as he says this.
(23:33:06) Samcat eyes Mogwehs scar 'mind if i asked you what happened?'
(23:34:25) Mogweh chuckles,'a mistake I am trying to help you avoid: tackling the wrong people in the wrong place at the wrong time. Fortune doesn't favour the brave, not in Hydlaa, it get your throat cut. It favours the smart.'
(23:35:27) Mogweh nods and turns to leave,'Be smart Sam, and good luck. May Xiosia light you path''
(23:35:30) Samcat nods and swallows the lum in his throat.
(23:35:40) Samcat says: 'Xiosia bless you my friend'
