I would like to complain about jail service. Firstly - lack of food, its necessary for life. Wouldn't want the loving Octarchy to lose its kindly image by starving prisoners, would we?
Secondly, lack of sexy guards. Fwentleigh is yucky.
Thirdly, I find the atmosphere within the prison too clean, too homey, too comfortable. Why does it have whitewashed walls, potted plants and gleaming swords in stands? The walls should be grime-covered, the wall-cracks infested with rats and insects, the floors slimy - torturous devices scattered in the rooms. Perhaps even a lounging skeleton in one of the cells would provide proper setting.
All in all I give the Hydlaa Guard and the Octarchial Prison System a 2/10.
On to other things, such as slaughtering innocents and feasting on stolen feasts. Oh and conveniently enough, Kull transformed in his jail time. Time for havoc-making and such.
