PS Launch not playing ball?

I actually have a few questions.

1.) When I attempt to launch the pslaunch it reads: "An update is available but you don't have permission to continue. Please restart the program as an admin."

2.) And the psclient freezes when I attempt to open it. I am unable to type or click anything.

If anyone can help me with what is going on, greatly appreciate it. I'm getting bored of WoW and need something remotely interesting to play on my mac. XD

RightClick the Icon and run as administrater

I have no idea what's going on- I was constantly crashing after the update to 0.6 using the win 64 ver so I uninstalled and installed the 32 ver. Now I have to "run as administrator" to get it to run. Seems a bit more stable now.

Running Win 8.1

I get your client version is ? and when I press repair the launcher crashes.(Windows Vista on a laptop).
