first you need a good place where you can stick the camera in front of a tree, moving the character for a good close-up. then get ready a finger on the screenshot key, and wait until the klyros scratches the head.    google for a good image of a cd case , mix all together in Gimp and you've done.
I have mirrored the mouth for a thin smile, but now I'll definitely choose the IWarping filter, just a click for a better effect.
