Where to Download Manual Updates

I want to download Updates for 0.5.2.1 to turn it to 0.5.3
But the PSlaunch says no update ::|

Anyone have link to download the new updates[size=60ptPLEASE I NEED HELP!!!!][/size]

1) Download 0.5.3 from the download mirrors or torrents

2) Manual updating is pretty impossible, minor updates can be manually applied in the event that the inbuilt update method fails by clicking repair, but any changes to the art zips will cause the whole zip to be required.

my updaterinfo.xml is pretty empty
