major crash, been playing for a while and cant anymore

Have been playing ps for about a month and recently have been loading up to play and the second i enter the world and attempt to press anything on screen i have a message saying psclient.exe not responding? any guesses? it was working but over the last few days has become very unresponsive. have tried to look through help sections but i can't see anything, maybe i cant see the woods for trees but have not any clue whats the problem? can anyone offer any help?

Unfortunately the number of possible reasons multiplies with the number of possible hardware and operating systems.

The more details you can tell us about your PC first, the better we can exclude reasons not matching your case.

sorry, yeah should have done that! Im running on an acer laptop (Aspire 5332 to be exact) downloaded all the latest drivers, i think, for graphics, unfortunately i am not sure how to find out the exact spec of the cards inside as it came as it is about 6 month ago. Im running on Windows 7 home premium and like i said it was working absolutely fine, and i had not changed any programs or installed anything,  but around around the date of my first post it began to not work. if i can help at all more then please let me know. Thanks

So you expect us to download the manual from ACER and look if an Aspire has an Nvidia, ATI or intel or whatever graphic chipset?
