For the whole community: we were outbid, at the last moment we could all of the sudden BORROW 25 million more than we already had BORROWED, and hence could bid to 99.something million. Knowing that before these auctions the most expensive house costed 19 million (POC house in Gug), the house sold in Gugrontid on the 7th: 30 million.... I would say, these prices are ridiculous. I am pretty positive that Realito and partner also had to borrow let's say 1/4th to 1/2 of what they bid eventually. Such prices are outrageous, and frankly i would not have bid over a 100 million for such a house even if i had it. Yes, Masters of Move did bid to 99. something, only because we would have been the first owners of a house in the winch, but frankly i have other ideas of locations now, and think it doesn't really matter, unless it's oja. We should have changed our plan and should have bought the house in Gugrontid, but well.. we didn't.
We do not intend to pay such numbers in the future for a house, and I, Perlan hope that this price is not gonna be an example of what houses should cost in the future, because frankly.. they shouldn't
