Despite the chilled character as Nolthrir ... most probably. 

And the bracers between the feet (if wearing both bracers and robe) are a known bug of the animation system in CrystalSpace 3D, nothing to be fixed easily.

and very very lovely without...somehow blue green skin with long wavy blue hair...plus a diaphanous bikini type of undergarment, also pale blue (with a strategically placed unknown ornament on the front of the bottom part, like a jeweled padlock?? I have not figured that out but I wouldn't trade it for the world)...the whole thing is lovely, yes.  But I prefer the robe over it now.     I love that robe.
