we get this question very often: I cannot login anymore to the game with my very old account, I may have forgotten the password, can I recover it?
First of all in May 2012 we changed the way password are stored in the database, and so you are not able to login even if you recall the password.
To refresh your account, you should first login to my plane here:
http://planeshift.teamix.org/myplane/As soon as you login there, your password is updated with the new system, and so you can login also in game.
