well i did a similar thing only once ...i gave all my gems on the floor (i think it was a bit more then 10 rubies and around 4 emeralds) for a noobie to learn how they look like and how you pick them up ...well, the server was a bit foo, so these gems nevre turned up again ...gone :]

hey yeh its an annoyin bug, i tried to give away 2 diamonds and they transformed into rubies made it look like i was lying

no, not that i would know of

Hmmm... that\'s not good. There should be a way of doing it.  

We\'ll miss it in the future. Not only with gems, but with many other objects...

The ability to do so, splitting the gems into two inventory slots, will probably be implemented in the future... keep in mind that PS isn\'t completed yet!
