blue sreen when starting PS

Hi it\'s me again..
Why do i have a blue screen when i starts PS?? In the top of it there is written: \"NO ACCELERATION HARDWARE!\"

What graphics card do you have? Do you have the latest drivers for your card? Is it functioning correctly (i.e. do other games that use hardware acceleration work without problems)?

Generally speaking, \"NO ACCELERATION HARDWARE\" would mean something (in the concept of dealing with a game) along the lines of that you don\'t have a 3D accelerated video card.  If that isn\'t true, then possibly it isn\'t supported by your OS, or doesn\'t support OpenGL.  If that isn\'t true, then I\'d say it is a case of you needing to replace your video card\'s driver with the new version.  If that\'s up to day, then I\'d say you\'re SOL, might want to look at either buying a new video card, or selling your computer :)

my video card is a voodoo3 and i will dl soon the last drivers to see. thanks ;)
