Compiling under Windows

Does anyone have any instructions for compiling PS on Windows?  What should I use, MinGW?  CygWin?

You can compile under MinGW or VC++.

I\'ve compiled PS under VC++ 6.0.  Let me know if you decide to use this and have any problems.
