Armour
« on: September 05, 2003, 10:10:43 pm »
Ok.... i have noticed that during the creation of ur char u get to pick his clothing, but in the later releases u will also be able to wear armour.

So i wuz wondering about how the armour will look when u put it on. Is it going to be overlaping ur clothing, will it just change the \"skin\" of ur clothing(like it did in Diablo), or will your armour not be showing at all.

????????? What will happen???????????

:D sory for the bad grammer :D

Q: How many Planeshifters does it take to expalin a simple concept to a newb?
A: Six. Five to argue on who\'s explanation is right, and Moogie to lock the thread.

I\'m pretty sure we\'ll see model additions/alterations aswell as just a cool new skin. Think Dungeon Siege/Neverwinter Nights, this is what I\'m hoping for in PS.

However, it\'s a complicated process (or so I\'m told) and probably won\'t be seeing the light of day for some time yet.

In most games I\'ve played, clothes are only visible if you have no armour. You\'ll still be able to see your character\'s skin, but clothes will only be visible if you decide to become a wizard or something that doesn\'t fight. It would be cool to have armour that changes depending on who\'s wearing it.
