Explorers are fully neutral so they don\'t make alliances, and they try not to start any wars :)
So i guess they aren\'t allied ;)

For me ranger is explorer-like person, or a warrior-druid (or both ;)).

Well it is pretty much impossible to have an alliance with Explorers (Sep explained to me) they are totally neutral, which means they dotn make alliances and they dont try to make enemies! :D
