Download a older version of fraps, i believe Fraps 1.9 D or something like that, you can record Video without a time limit, and i\'ve never used it for screenies i always do Prt Scr and paste in Paint shop :D

first off cut the spam one post is enough and use the edit button. then hose the pictures on the internet, google photoshop or imageshack

Click on the \"profile\" button at the top of the page, then click \"edit options\" and towards the bottom, make sure you have \"Use BBCode quick buttons and smilies?\" set to YES.  Now when you go to post there will be a toolbar where you can use the IMG tag conveniently to insert pictures. You can use the http:// button also to insert links to the larger pictures.

i find gamcam lite from http://www.planetgamecam.com to be better than fraps. no watermark. also free.
