Very well it shall be as you will it princess. I will hate to have to do this to you but you leave me no other choice. It was never my intention to intimidate you but the truth can be intimidating sometimes.Infact that was one of my kindest posts in a long time. I didn\'t want evil eating evil but if thats the way you would like it I have care not to disagree. You live in conciet my princess and that is not good. We don\'t underestimate  enemies nor allies hence our proposal to you. The fact that we have more members is inconsequential in the long run. We had the better minds while you had the better and more impressive warriors. T\'was an arrangement I felt we could both find rewarding. However you chose to ignore that, and maybe the blame lies partially with your abscence for a long period, I won\'t do anything more to change your mind. You vanquished TOB. Good for you. You might feel the need to constantly remind yourself of that and bask in its glory and I don\'t blame you either for doing that cause thats what most others do. All I\'ll say is we have taken over more than you could dream and the public is no wiser because we care not to make it known for we have no hunger for glory. If you think the taint is confined to the Cabal you are wrong. But more I cannot say. If you choose to disbelieve I cannot help nor would I. You chose your path and left me to follow mine. Still I would not go out of my way to make trouble for you. I would rather have you exist longer. We part ways and may it be long ere our trails cross again, which would be a sad thing. However remember that if you take but one step against us voluntarily retribution will come and it will be terrible.

As to your leaders.............. don\'t make me laugh. You had  a guild and it crumbled or was eroded slowly. And you still think your leaders had it? Know that it takes more than common ideals and goals to form a guild. Look at Annah, a few antagonists and he posts to reassure himself that he has friends still. Fellows with such self confidence were not meant to lead. An excellent follower and a warrior maybe but never a leader.

But let that be. I have no wish to prolong this further. If you change your mind however let us know. We might consider if the proposition is then profitable.

I remain madam,
your servant

Auran. No More.
Forget you ever knew me kid.

We are choosy with who we accept into our tust because we are wise.  The DE has been back not even a week and you expect us to allow you in so soon.  We are smarter than that, we won\'t waste our trust so easily and so hastily.  We have yet to see any reason to trust you.  Because you have more members?  Because your evil?  Because you will serve us?  We need better reasons than those.  Though we have few members, those members are very valuable, though you obviously do not see that.  Begging will only get you lower on our list.  I for one am not discreditting your leadership.  You appear to be a very good leader.  I will however discredit your members.  It is all good and fine to have a leader pledge his loyalty to us but your members have done nothing of the like, in fact the exact opposite.  But as I have said, it doesn\'t matter what you do the answer is still no because we are not ready to accept a new guild into our alliance.

Good leadership is based on making good decisions for your guild. Auran is taking it in our best interest. This should NOT be taken as a weakness. And who are you to judge the credibility and valour of The Cabal\'s members?

Like you said... your guild has been inactive. What better way to catch up than by getting the information from a guild that is very much active?

I do not see your logic and your blind pride in the Dark Empire will be its second downfall.

And accepting a guild just because they beg us to is not a good decision.  My opinion on the Cabal\'s members is based solely on posts certain members have put up, some of which were directed to our guilds.  And the guild itself has been inactive, not necessarily the members.  And I am not saying the Cabal is weak.  If another guild came and asked to be accpted into our alliance I would say the exact same thing.  It\'s got nothing to do with them, it\'s the fact that we are not going to accept anyone so soon.

Hey no offence to guilds and their members, but are you really one to talk Savion? I have never seen you around here before and you act like you own the place. A little respect for your predecessors would be nice... Although both guilds are evil and not much respect is put into either of them anyway...

I am not sure whether to take that as a compliment or an insult, but either way I was thinking the same thing.  Some of us have been here for almost two years and we know what we are doing.[/COLOR]

Savion isn\'t going to respect anyone, Cabal members are encouraged to come here and post nonsense just to anger people.

From I\'ve seen that\'s true.  Their leader pledges loyalty but we\'ve yet to see the same from any of their members.

Loyalty is not just given. It is EARNED! I earned respect of Auron by watching how other guilds cower under his power.

You just came out of nowhere, said \"I\'m Back\" and you expect my respect? Pulease. Give me a reason to let you hame my respect. Then things may be different.

Oh ya dameon? Shut up.

to Auran: It is you who live in conceit. You are the ones claiming to possess power beyond comprehenion, yet I nor anyone else for that matter sees it. Seems to me your all talk, trying to make people fear you. I and my guild are immune to such ploys. By taint, you imply that you can steal people away from me. Well, you are wrong. I run a secure guild here. And you did not intimidate me. But it was obvious you were trying to. Do not say you werent. I am not all that proud of having a part of TOB\'s undoing. They were very unstable. Any fool and their dog could have got rid of them. Really im curious, what have you taken over?  Since you are so wise perhaps youd care to enlighten me. I dont care how logical your proposal is. It comes down to the simple fact that I have no cause to trust you. And I have heard a bit about what your guild does. Which doesnt help that. Would YOU be such a fool as to partner with a guild you know nothing of, but has the goal of \"harvesting information\" and \"destroying from the inside\" And you have no reason to trust them? I would most certainly hope you are a wiser leader than that.

to Savion: We never had a first downfall. We have simply been sleeping, unnoticed by most.  And since most of my members became innactive, I got rid of them. I have no need for members that are never heard from or seen. Nor does any wise guild. I am talking in OUR best interest. And am making it quite clear that we do not trust a guild who is known for deceit and treachery. If the cabal wish to make allies, you may want to change the way your guild operates. Because right now, you are sending out the most obvious impression that you are not trustworthy. And I will not the mistake of ignoring that impression.

That is all I have to say for now.
We are a guild that strives for glory,we strive for power,we strive for domination.Visit us here--> Dark Empire  \"Oloth vaq\' dos!\"

Yet you think that the Cabal\'s respect should be accepted by us without it being earned?

Trust? You are running an evil guild and you are preaching about Trust??? Hey Auran, maybe their hasty refusal will turn out better for us in the long run after all.

What I am saying is that you left no chance in the first place.

Although I was attempting to refrain from posting...
Let me make just one more comparison clear:

Dark Alliance\'s demand for respect --
They return, make a post that turns into a five-page thread within a matter of days, and are feared by people who do not even know them when one of their guilds is dead and one has three members. There is *something* powerful there that people are afraid of even though they don\'t know what.

Cabal\'s demand for respect --
One guy comes on and sucks up. He gets shot down. A member of his own guild laughs at him and disagrees publicly with his leadership policies. He sucks up again and more people shoot him down than before. Even people that have nothing to do with it tell him he has no chance. No one takes him seriously still. He makes an ultimatum with a subtle undertone of \"Are you sure you won\'t be my friend? Pretty please?\" and it is greeted nonchalantly by people who are not in the least bit intimidated by it.

So... how is this not the pot calling the kettle black? Other than the pot is wrong?
