Savion is right(OMG what am i sayin\' ), frames are obsolete technology and every browser does them differently so the site might not work for everyone. Since the contents are small all can be done without damage with tables.

I come from the old way to bulid websites. I pre-date DHTML and all that from the last time I did it. I am *horrible* at tables.

What I did (obvious?) was space it out and put my little spacer img in there.
