That\'s a bit of a strech.. It had a good story, but not the best.  Best story would have to be the original Metal Gear Solid, or maybe FF3...
Anyway, I\'ve heard that, along with the FFVII movie, there will be a remake of FFVII.

For a console: Metal Gear Solid (PSX) and FF7

For PC: Age of Empires II The Conquerors
Little angel, go away...
Come again some other day...
Devil has my ear today...
I\'ll never hear a word you say...
He Promised I would find a little solace and some peace of mind...
Whatever. just as long as I don\'t feel so desperate and ravenous.

They won\'t be making a new FF7 until at least PS3.  They said that since you can still play FF7 on PS2 there is no desperate need to remake it.  Plus remaking it would require a new engine which means there will be bigger money issues.  But imagine...FF7 with like FFX graphics....

Vagrant Story is easily the best PS RPG... but it was released late in the PS life and then Squaresoft disbanded the team coz\' it didn\'t sell well.  Half of that team was Ogre Saga folk though, and now they\'re making FF XII, so yay.

If it\'s not the best game outright... maybe Metal Gear Solid... but I\'d say that\'s just the \"best experience\".

Chrono Trigger is the best console style RPG of all time and possibly the only game I\'ve played that is 100% perfect in every way, so I\'d say it\'s my favourite.

And I hear a buncha people talkin\' bout\' FF VII being remade with new graphics... which is totally unessecary and isn\'t happening anyway (they did the movie INSTEAD of a game)... however they are doing that for Metal Gear Solid  :D .

Actually the movie is being used to replace a sequel to the game.  They want to make a remake of FFVII but not while it\'s still playable.

exactly, thats what made it horrible. they tricked people into thinking it was going to be an awsome movie because it had the title of an awsome game. It was a real let down for me.

My favourite game of all times is, and will probably always be:

TES: Daggerfall

Final Fantasy:SW was actually a good movie.  But...because it was tied into the game series people had higher standards for it.

No it wasn\'t, it had a horrid predictable plot with boring cliche\' cookie-cutter characters.  I don\'t believe they hired a single writer for the movie.  Since it was such a huge bomb though, they disbanded the Hawaii studio and it shall never spawn such evil again.

The new thing might be OK... but it\'s not quite a feature film so much as a... ummm... movie of the week?  Well that\'s not really right, but it\'s only 60 minutes long or so, about 2/3 of even a short regular movie.

But this is about \"Favorite Video Games\" not stupid movies.

Fire Emblem is the best GBA game there is, you must all go get it so Nintendo sees that finally releasing one here (it\'s the 7th in Japan) was a good idea!
