To get more info on your system, it depends on your operating system. For most of them, open your control panel and open the DirectX dialog box. Once you have launched DxDiag, click on the DxDiag button (choose the DirectX tab).

If you don\'t find this, just look for the dxdiag.exe program under either your windows OS directory, or Program Files for older OS.

There you\'ll find information about processor, memory, virtual memory (Page file), graphics card. Those are the important information, along with the driver version numbers.

Taei, this graphics card seems to have problems in OpenGL with some drivers. First you may try to run in software mode to see if that solves the problem. But it will be too slow to play.

Then try to find recent drivers that support OpenGL. Since you haven\'t specified your operating system I can\'t help you further at the moment. Try this link to find drivers, there are OpenGL drivers for your card under WinXP, but didn\'t have the time to check for other OSes. Use login=driver , password=all .

Your CPU and memory are good enough.

I have almost the same problem, except that not only does the text not show, but it will not register any keystrikes. I\'ve noticed an error message that states:

\"could not open fontfile /fonts/ttf/ariarial.ttf\"

how do i fix this?

CPU: Athelon XP 1.8
RAM 512 Mb
GPU: Radeon 7500
Video: 256 Mb
OS: Linux, Slackware 9.1 distro

gracias
