Oh yes i forgot to say anything about price... On things that can be added more than once price should go up. This includes the core wieght reduction in the weapon and shapening.. With sharpening i am considering that maybe the price should go up each time you sharpen it even if it does go dull because talk to any blade smith and they will tell you that sharpening a 5th time is way harder than the first ESPECIALLY when its way dull.
To counter the prices going up you should be able to craft a new blade and put it onto your weapon after the 10th time when it has become considerably more expensive to sharpen. So i am also proposing that the game have a very slight dulling effect on the sword. you should only have to sharpen every say 20 battles. that way 200 battles you buy a new blade. Seem fair? Really appriciate the imput!

I guess i c where your comin from whemmy but the but here is another suggestion u have to retip the blade w/ some metal so its shapening cost goes down. also u can use better metal which dulls slower and is sharper, BUT it cost more to sharpen so you can get a nice sharp metal but u have to becareful not to get a metal u can\'t offord to sharpen when its dull.

Actuallu a a craft system like Vangrand story would be great.
Every weapon had a customizable hilt and gem slots.
And also depending of what type of enemy the weapon was killing it was becaming stronger at that type while becoming less effective against other types of enemys.
an example of a sword that had killed many ghost type enemys whas less effective at dragon type enemys.
Also the system whas allowing at the right type of forge to melt 2 blades and create a better one and after attach the hilt.
Also the quality of the metal was making the blade very different.
a steel blade for a 2 hand sword was not as strong as an orihalkum blade.

Roadwolf i think that sounds like a pretty good idea but we\'ll have to see wat others think. There is much work to do on this subject so i hope we can turn this forum into a good weapon thread.
