Rising Powers

Introduction: The story starts in a small village called Diago, which is outlying the great fortress of Osonin. Tensions are high among the lower class races, who have been forced into slavery for generations. Word has traveled from Osonin claiming a new ruler has been crowned, for the previous was assasinated by a unknown power...The villagers wait for the royal introductory which is given to every outer village on the day of a new ruler. Many people believe that the new King Sian will bring prosperity to the 6 outlying villages of the land. Three men and one woman who are the self appointed council of Diago begin the story...

Starting Characters
Ruixe - fellow man brought up by dwarfs.
Dame - a female elf who has recently settled in Diago and was recently made a member of the council.
Diaz - a friendly demon who beholds tremendous powers which he is unwilling to try out?
Bilf - village idiot, black mailed his way into the council.

Start

Diaz -\" I suspect they should be arriving anytime now, perhaps we should go wait outside for them?\"
Bilf -\" We are having guests? I hope they brings gifts like some special tonic *hic* I like my tonic good and tasteless.\"
Ruixe -\" Bilf you fool! Do you actually believe his majesty will honor you with a gift? Specially one as ridiculous as that? I doubt we will be greeted with open arms rather a new law to make us a lower class.\"
Bilf -\" Oh you Ruixe you SPOIL sport! Always got to ruin good things for the lot of us, just because you were brought up by dwarfs doesn\'t mean you need to act like one!\"
Ruixe -\" YOU WILL TAKE THAT BAC......\"
(A trumpet blows from a short distance)
Dame -\"Enough here they come! They brought infantry...a lot of infantry?\"

The party of King Sian, his right hand Mighty Paladin Aspu, Captain Gilroy and his mighty army enter the village. Slowly approaching the waiting council...

King Sian and his men approach the council, Captain Gilroy steps forward...

Captain Gilroy -\"Why is it that all the surrounding villages look the same?\"
Ruixe - (Stumped expression on his face.) \"I am clueless my lord.\"
Captain Gilroy -\"Because you are all the same lower class scum of this land.\"
(Laughter among the army)
Mighty Paladin Aspu -\"Mind your tongue Gilroy! We did not come here to make them feel worse about what they are, but we have come for one thing..\"
(King Sian steps forward, and Captain Gilroy and Aspu step back.)
King Sian -\"Greetings I as you may have already guessed am King Sian succesor of my late father King Loui. I shared no bonding with my father he was nothing more then a twit and I couldn\'t be happier with his passing. What disturbs me is how he passed, he was assasinated  by? That is what we don\'t know, personally I believe it was someone from among one of these villages.\"
Dame -\"RIDICULOUS\"
King Sian -\"Is it? Well I think it is most important to find out who did it! So I am giving you all a moment to confess and hand yourselves over, if you don\'t wish to comply I could always say...leave your town in ashes along with you all?
(Laughter among the army)

The council turns around to discuss the situation...

Bilf -\"I was really hoping he would have brought the tonic!\"
Ruixe -\"You idiot! We have more important things to deal with like what we are going to do...\"

Couple pointers. You\'ve made four characters and haven\'t made it clear whether those are the only ones, or if we\'re supposed to make our own. If we are supposed to make our own, then you need to leave an opening for us. As it is, it just sounds like you\'re telling a story.

You know what if a Moderator can delete this thread I would appreciate it, quite embarrased now Really does sound like a story rather then something to RolePlay with sorry guys...
