Because this is open source, it is going to be a world game.  I think as a community we should be understanding of threads like this, as long as the forum doesn\'t turn into a complete mess of 50 languages and no real cross-community communication.

btw, we have had two brazilian developers in the past also, although neither is with us anymore.
