Error in S2KICD.DLL
« on: April 15, 2004, 09:06:57 pm »
I keep getting an error message refering to S2KICD.dll which causes the program to crash.  Sometimes it pops up when its initializing, sometimes I get in and take a step or two before it pops up. Ah yes system specs...
Windows ME
.5 GB RAM
40GB HD with 25GB or so free
500mhz Celeron
32MB Video card of some sort (will have to check if it may be the culprit)
As far as I know all my drivers are up to date because I just recently had to format and reinstall Windows. Whelp hopefully someone can help, thanks.

Yes, please check your graphic card.
May it be a Viper?

Its the S3 2000 chipset which if I remember correctly is indeed a Viper II or something like that.  I have a feeling I\'m going to hear \"Time for a new video card\" =)
