I had no intention of coming in a thread like this and starting a war but I am sure some people will agree when I say nothing is worse then when someone tries to tell you a blue pen is red!

Some people will agree with you, yes. And that means some will not. 2+2 logic here. You can\'t expect everyone to agree with you and you can\'t force them to see from your point of view.

Please don\'t turn this thread into a flamewar. If it does I\'ll just get rid of it and Davis can restart the thread later if he wishes.

And Depth, please be a little more mature than accusing people with childish insults.

Altharion, I was addressing DepthBlade. :) But I\'m asking everyone not to let this become a flamewar.

well i\'m not going to fan the flame\'s on this one by belittling someone else\'s taste in music . we have been listening to music since the dawn of man/woman and for avery kind of music out there someone is going to like it.
my fav song of all time is blacksabbath warpig\'s

and I will fan it even further by saying with absoulute certanty that the pen is not red OR blue..

it is GREEN

and in all seriousness no one expected everyone to agree did they I mean theres a lot of zeal in a music fan and a lot of people have a considerable amount of their self-image tied into what musi or bands they like, so then if someone says that their couice of music or bands is \"wrong\" then that can often be taken as a personal jab.
what we must remember however is that we should accept not what others like, but accept that they DO like them..

or it could be just me :)

Gods of spelling, I stand AGAINST YOU!

For once I\'m the one getting back on-topic ... weee :]
actually I have 3 songs right now, but that changes almost every week

Eternal Tears Of Sorrow - Aurora Borealis (album: A Virgin And A Whore)
Catamenia - Storm (album: Eskhata)
Catamenia - Rain Of Blood (album: Eskhata)
The internet is "the terrorists'" most important weapon, they say.
Wrong.
Fear is their most important weapon.
Ours is our freedom.

You all make me feel ancient with all your recent music..., and I\'m only 24...

which song is difficult, but my favorite bands are the beach boys and CCR. I have all my favorite songs on my playlist right now.

If I had to choose, I\'d have to say that my favorite song was CCR\'s \"down on the corner\" next to \"wipe out by the beach boys.

the newest stuff on my favorites list is smashmouth \"walkin on the sun\" and Utada Hikaru with \"simple and pure\" from the game Kingdom hearts... now that\'s a game with a great soundtrack.

speaking of smashmouth, it\'s coming on now, I\'m out!

next time if theres a flame war lets all use the \"super heated steam thrower THAT doesnt cause fire but still causes 3rd degree burns !!!\" so we dont blacken the walls and Mess the paint job

Any way new music isnt like the old stuff the good stuff ! most of the 70-80 songs were good, bee gees songs were great its only sad that one of them died.

so any fave clasics ? here ?

70\'s were better than 80\'s, IMO. 70\'s had Alice Cooper.
