Martial Art: Lathar

I\'m sorry if this was already asked, but what is the martial art \"Lathar\" all about? In character creation, it explains the other two ways but not this one. Just wondering.

Who belongs to this school thinks  that the energy should be spread in the world around us, we should mix our energy with the one of other beings. This school focuses on ESP, mind control, telekinesis and related powers.

I can\'t see telekenises being used in Planeshift, not like in the game Psi-ops anyway. However maybe knowing telekenises would mean that you would have extra options when interacting with objects like moving the object without contact.
