Your problem could be caused by a number of things. You may be behind a firewall or router. You must allow them to receive/send UDP traffic through port 13331. Otherwise, the server may be down; so go to
http://planeshift.fragnetics.com to check the status. If it\'s down, that page will say \"Offline\".
