**Monketh walks down the street seeing a mad cat hollering about some sort of racial combat.  Then, he hears him describe his vision, and decides that he should conduct a study into Hallucinogenic drugs in Yliakum, so he can detect them and possibly eliminate them.  He writes this down in his notepad for later use.**

Yes I can see you all angered by the cleansing of all non felines - but do not shoot the messenger.... for even though it will be I that becomes ruler of the realm, I am just a mere pawn for the higher powers of the outer plains.  Ask me not why they chose me to carry out thier wishes - for I can give no answers.  All I can say is that they picked a worthy candidate, for I shall not stop until thier wishes are fulfilled.......

Yes in my vision I was ruler of the realm and yes all humanoids, elves,  dwarves and the likes were crucified for thier actions against the felines and yes all this was done according to my orders, but surely you can not blame me for my actions for I had a vision..... and in this vision I was ruler of the realm!
