FS#7109 - Spellbook window - Spell descriptions overflow edges of window
Many spell descriptions do not fit in the window, and window does not allow resize.
Petition window suffers from same problems.
after 0.7.8 update;
Spellbook window:
Lesser/Greater Creature Bonding titles overflow on right side
Other spells (Weakness) have long description that overflow bottom edge, covering 'research spell' button
Petition window:
in top of window petition text overflows right side (one single continuous string)
0.7.11 - Some spells descriptions still overflow

quest window also suffer from this problem (reported it in #FS7286)
there need to be a scrollbar for the text..if you look e.g. weakness its not going over the bound ov the window but out of its text area within the window.. (for me not fixed yet (0.7.14))
Scrollbar fixed. Test it again at 0.7.15
