FS#7202 - Arena lights are very bright, and look strange

toned down after 0.7.9
0.7.10 still seems far too bright
0.7.10 toned lights further down
0.7.11 lights still appear very bright

still in 0.7.13 also the bottom of the lamps are broke.(seems to miss the bottom part or the edges are wrong , definatly needs a check)
