FS#7231 - When sharpening at the sharpening stone no progress window will be shown

When sharpening at the sharpening stone no progress window will be shown. In legacy you will be informed about the time remaining by a progressbar…this is missing in unreal

there is generally no progress for any skills it seems.. you get xp but not specifically for the skill you use (you get progress points)
