FS#7249 - Some chat tabs do not auto-scroll to show new messages

Group Tab and NPC Tab do not auto-scroll
Main tab seems to work ok

NPC tab does not auto-scroll in 0.7.25 (need another person to test group tab).

Whisper tab did not auto scroll here in PSUnreal 0.7.25 initially, but now it does. Not sure what changed between first it did not scroll and then it scrolls.

However guild tab does not auto-scroll still.

Also no auto-scroll in group tab.
