FS#266 - Inconsistency in 'A helping hand for Kisatol'
When Kisatol opens the box and quotes the letter to us, there is one number different to the letter we get later.

The description of the letter should have the number 19 instead of 18. Assigning to Talad to make changes to item description.
Adding dependency to bug #526
This has now been fixed in the database. Can test after a server restart.
Just tested in game, fixed.
