FS#5707 - Can't start Road to Master Cook Chapter 2

I am unable to start the Road to Master Cook Chapter 2 quest. When I talk to Mirra, I can say “Hi Mirra, any new recipes?” but the response is “Mirra Houphen doesn’t pay attention to you.” I’ve completed Chapter 1. Is there some other prerequisite to start this quest?

This has nothing to do with the quest but it to do with NPC scripting and is a known problem. The NPCs are in a 'busy' mode they ignore you when you talk to them, but they can often be 'busy' when just standing around, the bug. You're best of asking a GM to re-set her next time you see one on which will remove the problem your having, or just try again later and she might talk to you then.

I'm closing this now as it isn't a bug to do with the quest, and the underlying issue should be fixed and will be released after some testing.
