FS#6024 - Preparation Table not guarding items properly
I was sharing Jomed’s Preparation Table with a friend recently, and when I clicked on Take All and Stack I ended up with his stuff as well.
This had been reported in
bug 781andbug 1887previously. If more people can confirm this is a consistent problem it will be worth looking into. But i do think this appears every now and again. It would important to know if it is reproducible in a general or specific way or not.Confirmed. The same happened to me with another player also on Jomed's table.
I didn't experienced it myself, but heard from a player (not Minks or Butat) was working with food preparations.
I told him it's already fixed. It seems not in all cases.
I just had a similar situation at Veja's forge. Another player was able to take my items from the forge, also i could take his using the 'take all' button. So not only food preparation tables seem to be affected.
As far as I can tell it only happens with virtualized containers, such as the forge in Trasok's or Veja's smiths, as well as in the Hydlaa tavern kitchen. Something is different between the protection of items in world containers like at Harnquist's and the virtual ones.
