FS#7415 - Magic Light spell does not create enough light in PSUnreal

PSUnreal 0.7.23 (not yet in Reported Version).

In Crystal Space PS when casting Magic Light I get a bright glowing light that really does something to lighten up the surrounding area.

In PSUnreal I get a quite dim light globe that does not really seem to affect much around it. It does not really lighten up the surrounding area. Even with Crystal Way above 160.

Expected result

Make it brighter, make it glowing, make it affect its surrounding area.

I.e. make it like it is in Crystal Space PS.

An interesting feat would be to start with lower brightness and size of affected surrounding area and increase it with increased Crystal Way skill. So someone with Crystal Way 10 can cast it, but it does not shine as bright and affect as large an area than for someone with Crystal Way 100.

I can also add that the magic light has a pulse effect.
and the lowest end of the pulse the light is almost gone.

This is not yet fixed in PSUnreal 0.7.27. The spell effect still does not light up the surrounding area similar to what a torch is doing.
