The crafting steps of instruction for making “Sword Handle” is missing in both these books, ‘Book of Blades’ and ‘Forging Platinum steel Blades’
Confirm: none of the following books contain a recipe for making a regular sword handle:

However, it is possible to make a sword handle by shaping 2 heated steel ingots with a "Book of Blades", using a hammer and an anvil.
