FS#753 - [regression test] petition manage window not updated correctly
if 2 gms are working in the petition manage window and both have it up, one escalates a petition not always will the other see this change, same applies to descalate.

Works for me.
This is a more common problem with windows. FOr example, if you have the quest window open and complete a quest, it does not move from uncompleted to completed. The question is if in this case it is important to have it update automatically.
I think in this case it is important to have it update, but it might be nice to get the opinions of a few gms as well before doing anything here.
It's just like the inventory that used to only update after an open/close, but auto-updates always now. Perhaps this same method could be applied to the petition window, if not having it causes confusion amongst GMs working on petitions.
Did some tests, and even the own window is not updated correctly.
-select a petition
- press escalate. Petition still shows 1
- press escalate some more. Petition moves up with higher number. I escalated 5 times, but it only showed 5 (not 6). Other gm still saw nothing changed
- select another petition.
- press escalate. The selected petition still shows 1. But the previous one now shows 6 (as it should) and also the other gm now sees the change.
Escalating several petitions several times, shows that the own window is mostly 1 behind, sometimes a few more. THe other gm is further behind.
SO confirming bug. Adding [regression test] to title.

It seems to me this is a duplicate of what I found in
FS#752, for example client 1 pressing escalate 5 times, it shows 5 (until you reopen the window) and on client 2 it shows 6. So my test results were different to Lanarel's, the second client always had the right number.removing assignment as requested
Can't reproduce this bug, the petition window updates locally and on other clients now…
Anybody else want to confirm?
