FS#90 - duplicate all in operating system
assigning to arianna [i know i should not but i am] in the drop down box for operating system there is a duplicate “all” option that should be removed.

Fixed by fixing the admin settings.
'All' does appear twice in the operating system pulldown menu, so confirming.
In the Project settings, there is only one 'all' listed. Maybe there was a default all? The one listed in the editable settings cannot be removed, because bugs already use that.
If we really want to change this, the 'all' in settings could be renamed, so that bugs with that value can be listed and set to the other 'all', one by one. After that, I assume the renamed one can be deleted.
Or it may be a flyspray bug.
Fixing who was the one who fixed this.
