FS#712 - make 400 max for gm skills

right now gms can setskill to max stats 400 and skills 200, they wish for events to be able to have skills up to 400 as well and not just stuck as 200.

400 max for all stats we can do with setskill but not skills

looks like kemedes has fixed this in revision 387 and 388, not yet tested though, but should be assigned to him atleast

This bug shows why the stat/skill limit was removed, but also says it was untested, and gives no reason why not a sensible limit of 400 or so was used. I remember that limit was increased before, but not set limitless, because it can give terrible bugs when people go do /setskill me all 123456778.

See  bug 792  for an example.

Not sure if to re-open this, as I do not know how much thought has gone in removing the limit (but it sounds like not much :)).

Yeah, you're right. The limit was added to prevent people from becoming all-powerful when they find a skill exploit.
